Memphis Zoo

Briley and I went to the Memphis Zoo this weekend!
There were lots of cool animals!
Some animals we see all the time in Paris!
These sheep are everywhere!
Cool but not exotic!
We have real cows not plastic, but I am still familiar with the cow!
Briley was NOT impressed!
We don't see these around Paris!
Miss Marty Anne was telling us about something fascinating here!
I just don't remember what!
You would think we would have been a little freaked out about this kimodo dragon...
We were very trusting of this glass!
I hope Spic and Span don't get this big!
We really like the penquins!
Cute right?
Briley got to meet a sea lion!
This was her animal of choice for the day!

Other Things to do at the Zoo

There were lots of cool things to do at the zoo!
The animals were awesome, but they had more than just animals!
Lots of cool plants!
Cool places to take pictures!

Rides for Moms and kids!
Play Stuff
Rides for just kids!
There was even a train to ride all over the zoo!

Zoo FInale

We wrapped up the day with face painting that was AWESOME!!
Briley and I both decided to become Rainbow Butterflies!
It was pretty cool and fast!
Considering this was the result!
2 precious rainbow butterflies!!!
We stopped to see my favorite on the way out!
Giraffes!
They had these cool bridges all over the zoo...

We got to stick our feet in the creek before we left.
Our Moms didn't know you can swim in the creeks and fountains!
(Didn't know or pretended not to know, they will never tell)
Angelic sleeping face!
Toddler Coma!

Silly Girls!

The Perry Family

When you have a camera that is smarter than you are it is hard to mess up a picture!
I would like to add I have know idea how to shoot any fancy settings just automatic...
But when you have such precious people to take pictures of it's not all that hard!

She's the BEST

YES! I Breeched the Blog AGAIN!! But I couldn't resist....Katie got this super camera and came to capture little Lee and the whole Perry gang! She was so professional....but I had to use my "point and shoot" to get the master at work....
PS - It's not that bad....I helped create this blog almost three years ago and this is only the second time I have used my password knowledge and blogging skills.

Mail from Yaya and Bob

I got a package in the mail early this morning!
(Apparently it came last night but I was being such a rotten kid Mom could not reward my behavior with presents!)
Yaya and Bob sent all kinds of books and clothes!
They could have probably just sent a box of bubble wrap and I would have been just as happy!
I do LOVE my dry erase boards and markers!
Thanks People!

A Quick trip to the fair...

We made a quick trip to the fair Monday night!
Campbell and Mary Kate were with us because their Mama was moving a few things to their new house!
That is why it was a quick trip.... Mommy is not used to 3 girls, I am enough to handle alone!

Campbell and I were tall enough to ride by ourselves!
Mary Kate hung out!
Then we found a guy operating the strawberry twisting thing that had enough whiskey to let MK ride with Mommy!
(Just Kidding Katherine!)
But we were excited to ride together!
Luckily for Mom's sake we found the Shackelford family!
I am not sure how this worked out but their were 5 kids...
precious kids I might add!
1 Mom who was almost violently ill after getting off this ride!
And 2 Shackelford parents on the sidelines!
Good Times at the Fair!
