Birthday Party!

Caroline turned 7 December 29
I don't know how that happened....
We celebrated with a gymnastics party.
The morning was all about her and she loved it.
She was totally in her Mary Lou Retton mode...
 Posing everywhere she went!

 All her buddies!
I believe she was being launched into the pit...
She was a happy girl with a blue mouth!
Happy 7th birthday Caroline.
You are very loved!

Christmas at the Hunts

We celebrated Christmas day at the Hunt side of the family!
 This is my childhood home.
If you are a longtime follower of the blog you know that is was once under a lot of water...
Makes me appreciate it more.
We headed over there late Christmas eve to put some cookies out for Santa...
 CEK was excited about this!
Bob and Yaya and their girls!
We exchanged gifts between the siblings and the kiddos.
G was running a fever and was hot.... she opened gifts pantless.
The next morning these we were back very early!
G may have thought it a little too early!
But not too early for 2 bows according to her mama!
 Santa brought G a kitchen!
The girls made Bob breakfast
Then they helped Yaya open a new ring from Bob!
Ooooh Aaaaah
The boys utilized all they toys their children opened!
G was amazed by CEK rollerblades
The Aunt and Uncle patiently wait for the nieces to tear through gifts!
Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve

We arrived at Nana and Poppy's new house the day before Christmas eve.
The kids enjoyed looking over their presents, shaking them, climbing them etc.
Nana had some Christmas crafts planned for the kids.
Nana and pinterest are a dangerous combo.
 CEK and Ava or Grace.
Grace I think... or Ava. (I can tell them apart when they are together, when they are apart I have no idea.)
These girls might take after their mothers.
My sister-in-law is petite and I am not.
 Brothers
Christmas Eve morning the children could take it no more...
They started sorting their gifts.
Apparently Nana was prepared for this... I believe they had exactly the same number.
 CEK helped with the rolls
 Then she loved on Mimi!
Here the children agreed to one picture before the Christmas crazy began.
Cute Kenworthy kids!
 My favorite Christmas gifts!
But I liked my Hunter boots too!
 Nolan and Poppy!
Nana (in a new velour outfit - a Christmas tradition) and Poppy watch the kid mayhem!
Lots of toys - and Love- in this room!

Our Little Christmas

We had Christmas with our little family early...
So we didn't haul everything to Indiana just to haul it back!
We are smart that way.
CEK has been stalking her presents for weeks.
Asking only once a day is she could open "just one"
She spotted the above box and asked if she could touch it.
When asked why - she explained it looked like the box Caroline came in last year.
She wanted to weigh it, then weigh Caroline and see if they weighed the same....
I said no, Chip said she was a genius.
A staple for all the Hunt/Kenworthy/Lopez women this season.
Hunter Boots
 Christmas Clothes
 A new bed for Molly!
The American Girl that was indeed in that box.
It was an "American Girl" Christmas
Why you might ask?
To completed this American Girl house Nana and Poppy got CEK for her birthday!
One Christmas down... 2 to go!
