Testing

CEK tested for her yellow belt in tae kwon do last week!
Here she is with Miss Ramsey putting her yellow stripe belt on
for the last time. (I can't put the belt on right, at least according to CEK)
Miss Ramsey is tiny, but tough.
I was didn't take any pictures during the actual test, but bellow CEK's fellow
bad asses are congratulating her on a new belt.
Aren't they cute?
Master Dinh
Head of the bad asses!
Congrats CEK!

A pigtail kind of day!

Sunday was awesome in Tennessee!
70 degrees with a nice breeze.
It just seemed like a pigtail kind of day!
Since my sister informed me 2 years ago pigtails are no longer acceptable after the age of 12, I attempted to give the kid some tails!
She is not really down with any kind of hair "do"
And she is really not down with any hair accessories
So this is the best I could do!
She was running off steam when we decided to visit some pals!

These red headed brothers to be exact!
I love that they were partying in their under roos when we arrived!
But don't worry
Super Caroline wasn't uncomfortable as she in usually partying naked!
She fit right in with those precious boys!

I fear my girly girl is not so girly!
Sorry Nana!
Good Times!
Cute Boys!
Speaking of cute boys...
Our next stop was to check on Chip
He and Phil are in the middle of a project
CEK was fascinated by all the tools!
When everyone was home CEK had to make sure Chip was in good health.
Then we proceeded to ruin any hopes of healthy eating
with some sumdaes!
Happy Sunday Folks!

Valentine's Day Party

Valentine's Day at Caroline's new school was awesome!
She had Valentine cards for all of her new friends.
I got to help at the party.
Marty Anne had to work so I was in charge of taking pics!
Briley wasn't sure about the first photo.
But then decided she wanted to show her pretty teeth!
CEK can paint WHENEVER she wants!
I think this is one of her favorite things about her new school.
Miss Angie asked me to take some of the kids to see Father Ed.
The children had made him a valentine and it was our mission to deliver it.
I rounded up a few girls and took them to his office.
Here they are explaining about a tattoo that was attached to one of his cards.
(I was just waiting for CEK to bust me for the shamrock on my back, she did not)
A nice posed picture!
Now let's party!
They had an actual chocolate fountain.
BAM and Caroline love the snacks at their new school.
BAM really loves them!
I really love this kid!
Are you feeling the LOVE?
CEK played bingo and possibly sweet talked the caller.
Mr. Darrin is cool..... but when talking about love...
Have you heard Carter goes to CEK's new school?
Feel the Love People!

Happy Love Day!

Here is the loot I left for my loved ones this year!
CEK loves a good picnic!
And Eugene loves a good t-shirt!
(Yes that is a sinus cleaning machine in the back. You may not think it romantic, but I don't care, HA!)
One happy little valentine!
Two happy little valentines!
And then Chip broke out the pink poodle!
The pink poodle that has been stalked at walgreens for a month!
The pink poodle that then became an entire photo session.
Headed to school for her party!
Happy Love Day Everyone!

Nana and Poppy

Nana and Poppy came last weekend!
Caroline couldn't be bothered until she finished her game!
I explained that was rude, but Poppy was impressed with her skills.
Then she was ready to pay attention when Nan broke out
the Valentine present Yaya and Bob sent!
Oooh Lala Pink Paper!
Happy Valentines Day early!
Then she kicked their tales in shoots and ladders!

Sledding 2011

Chip ordered sleds at the end of last season to prepare for this sledding season!
Do you think she is ready?
We tried to think of an area that had plenty of "medium" hills.
She scoped out this hill but decided to steep.
Good thing because she might have left a dent in someones house.
The kid and me.
I really could do without the snow.
I am here for the picture taking.
She is being talked off the ledge by her father waiting for her at the bottom of the hill.
See
Ha!
She didn't even it make it to him!
So after the first run she lost all fear!
Dynamic Duo
Now they are ready!
Once CEK got the hang of it, Chip did lots of this
But don't worry he also did lots of this!
I made a couple runs too!
CEK took a post sledding picture of us!
Then we took one of her!
